Aquawest completed a sprinkler upgrade project at TERF, a wastewater disposal and production farm in the Tamworth region. The existing irrigation system was ageing, so the sprinkler packs on the pivots were replaced with new Nelson bubbler sprinklers to increase flow rates, improve water infiltration and maximise the volume of water dispersed through the existing pivots. The project also included general servicing and repairs across the irrigation equipment, addressing components that had become damaged or were underperforming due to the age of the system. The upgrade has helped improve the overall efficiency and performance of the pivots, providing a more effective and reliable wastewater disposal solution.
